01 What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum typically starts at 50 pieces. Separate color runs may require a minimum quantity per color, so please include your desired color breakdown when requesting a quote.
02 Do you offer bulk custom tennis dampeners for organizations?
Yes. We produce volume orders for clubs, tournaments, universities, teams, brands, agencies, and other tennis organizations. Pricing is based on quantity, artwork, color runs, and mold setup, with lower per-unit pricing at higher quantities.
03 How long does production and delivery take?
Most orders take approximately 4–5 weeks, including mold creation, silicone production, curing, and shipping. Timelines may vary with production volume. Please let us know if you have an event deadline, we'll do our best to expedite & accommodate!
04 What are your dampeners made from?
Our dampeners are precision-molded in high quality silicone selected for its soft, substantial feel and smooth matte finish. The material flexes naturally on the string bed without the hard, brittle feel of rigid plastic.
05 Will the dampeners stay securely on the strings?
Yes. Each dampener is specially designed with a molded center groove and carefully calibrated thickness to grip the racquet strings securely and stay firmly in place.
06 How durable are the dampeners?

Your digital mockup confirms the intended production colors before we make the order. Like any sporting product, prolonged exposure to UV, heat, and court use can gradually affect appearance over time.
